Items in the current drop are issued in limited quantities. No restock is guaranteed. Each object is catalogued upon release and assigned an archive reference. Once a drop closes, associated records are moved to the archive index.

Drop Notes
Each item issued through the RATMARK apparatus is documented at point of release. The following conditions apply to all objects in the catalog.
What the item is. Plain-use objects, printed materials, and digital artifacts. No lifestyle framing. Function and form only.
Issue conditions. All drops are limited run. Restocks are not guaranteed and will be announced through Dispatches only.
Handling / care. Follow material-specific instructions included with each item. No special treatment required unless noted.
Archive reference. Each product has an associated record in The Archive. Records are accessible after purchase or by request through the Dossiers index.
Policies
Shipping. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Tracking is issued upon dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs delays outside RATMARK's control.
Returns. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact via the Dispatches form within 7 days of receipt.
Digital items. Delivered immediately upon purchase confirmation. No refunds on digital goods once issued.
Cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Review your cart before completing purchase.
Damaged goods. Photograph the item and packaging upon receipt. Submit documentation through the contact form. Replacements are issued at RATMARK's discretion.
Transmissions
Direct inquiries to the RATMARK apparatus. Responses are issued within 48 hours. Include order reference or item designation where applicable.
