ORGANIZATION
RATMARK INTERNAL is the archive and classification authority. It investigates anomalies, interviews witnesses, catalogs entities, files recovered transmissions and equipment, and closes records when evidence can survive review. It is not a character, artist, or clothing company. It is the organization documenting reality falling apart.

Rot notices what Ink misses, touches evidence, opens doors marked DO NOT ENTER, and exposes hidden patterns by making investigations worse.

FIELD ASSIGNMENT
Ink and Rot are RATMARK INTERNAL investigators documenting EVERRAIN wherever it leaks through. They follow leads, interview witnesses, explore abandoned locations, recover evidence, and file reports. They are not heroes, villains, omniscient guides, or non-canon mascots. Every appearance is a shift.

ZETA
First-person EVERRAIN protagonist; discharged Chaser and former medic. Tracked subject, not RATMARK personnel.
INKY
White rat-bodied Rimwise with black ink-blot markings and independent agency. Tracked subject and contract anchor, not a speaking mascot or RATMARK agent.
THE EYES
Human narrative-containment institution. Investigated organization, not part of RATMARK INTERNAL.
SHINPEI
Hidden divine outcome-control. Present location unknown. Restricted canon subject, not an active field agent.
MARKED ONES
People whose rupture has become externally readable and enforceable. File the person before the monster signature.
OPERATING RULES
Classification follows evidence. Canon follows finished Chapters One and Two and approved Knowledge Base truth pages; later chapters remain open until the manuscript settles. Preserve contradictions when the contradiction is the evidence. Do not describe EVERRAIN as fiction from within the archive lens.
